ExpoFacts: the EU exposure factors database
This presentation focuses on the ExpoFacts database as horizontal tool common to all chemicals related legislations within the EU. After a brief history of the EU exposure factors, the related ExpoFacts project is described: objective, management, data sources, data structure, data quality, user interface, data display and status. Three main characteristics of the ExpoFacts database are highlighted: population, variability and uncertainty.
