Abstract: This report summarizes the data and main conclusions derived from microstructural characterisation of 316L pipes subjected to thermal fatigue with a peak temperature of 550°C. TOFD measurements are compared with measured crack depths from cut segments, and fracture mode and corrosion have been assessed by SEM and EDX, respectively.
