Double Phase Estimator Towards a New Perception of the Subcarrier Component

The subcarrier introduced in Binary Offset Carrier (BOC) modulated signals has been perceived as a part of the signal code, as a source of ambiguity and as a nuisance component that should be removed. This article introduces an advanced tracking algorithm exploits a new conception of the subcarrier to fully benefit from the structure of BOC modulated signals.
