Abstract: We propose a simple method to determine the structure and morphology of nanoparticle protein complexes. By combining a separation method with online size measurements: density measurements and circular dichroism, we could identify the number of proteins bound to each nano particle and their secondary structure changes in the complex. This method provides much-needed experimental information on the interaction of proteins with nanoparticles next generation targeted nanodrug delivery systems.
