ACCELERATED AGEING TEST OF ORGANIC PHOTOVOLTAIC MINI-MODULES: STUDY OF THE ELECTRICAL PERFORMANCES AFTER EXPOSURE AT DIFFERENT HUMIDITY, IRRADIANCE AND TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS
The stability of organic solar cells must be greatly improved before industrialization. Although in general the causes of the degradation are clearly identified, the long-term behavior of these devices is still poorly documented. In this work we study the degradation of innovative organic photovoltaic (OPV) mini-modules produced by a roll-to-roll technique under different stress conditions. Exposure to different combinations of humidity levels, temperature and light condition is investigated by means of electrical characterization carried out at the European Solar Test Installation (ESTI). The degradation of the typical electrical parameters (Isc, Voc, FF, Pmax) is analyzed in detail over time for the different stress conditions.
