Measuring the Accessibility of Urban Green Areas: A comparison of the Green ESM with other datasets in four European cities
The work aims at establishing a methodology to measure the accessibility of urban green areas.
Urban green areas have received increasing attention in the field of planning and urban design but data comparable at regional level are hardily available.
The report aims at illustrating the methodology elaborated to calculate the accessibility using the Green European Settlement Map 2016.
The report contains the criteria established to perform the test, the input data, methodology, the results of the tests performed on four European cities comparing the Green ESM with other available datasets.
