This report describes the technical implementations of the Administrative Agreement between DG ENER and DG JRC, called Enerchain. In particular it presents the results of the experimental tests and of the results carried out to implement workpackage 4 and and workpackage 5 as defined in the technical annex of this administrative arrangement.
