Technology transfer represents a central area where distinct sections of society including academia, private research, government and public and private enterprises interface with one another to improve the overall economic and social conditions for those involved and the communities around them. By investing in the facilitation of technology transfer, governments can direct policy and funds to ensure the greatest outcome for society. This report provides an overview of the technology transfer landscape in Armenia, including relevant stakeholders, strengths and weaknesses of the ecosystem, and recommendations for the country, with the aim of informing policymaking in technology transfer.
