Como representantes del equipo editorial de Ecosistemas presentamos este número especial, que rompe con la línea ya establecida de publicaciones puramente científicas que la revista sigue desde 2012, pero que, por otro lado, mantiene el propósito de reconocer a los pioneros de la Ecología producida y escrita en castellano.
