This data story tells how Sweden and other EU countries can learn from each other. The purpose of this story is to show how the Composite Indicators and Scoreboard Explorer tool can be used in practise. First, three points are raised where Sweden is preforming very well, namely Equality & Gender, Democracy & Governance and Social Capital and it is explained how other EU countries could follow this example. Second, three points are presented where Sweden is preforming poorly and how the country could learn from other EU member states. The three points are Ecological Footprint, Open Data and Ocean Health. Each point in the whole story is underpinned with different composite indicators. The data story concludes by highlighting that collective learning and cooperation contribute to the overall growth, progress, and well-being of the entire EU.
