EOFIND: A Proof of Concept Study for the CEO Programme.

This article describes one of the Proof of Concept studies commissioned by the CEO Programme. This study "Earth Observation for identification of natural Disasters - EOFIND", was carried out by Kayser-Threde GmbH. The objective of the study was to demonstrate how disaster management can be supported by using Earth observation images.
