VII Workshop on the Implementation and Application of the Directive 2008/114/EC
The implementation and application of the Directive 2008/114/EC workshops take place twice a year. These workshops serve as a forum to exchange ideas, experiences and best practices with respect to the implementation and application of the Directive. Currently the Directive 2008/114/EC is under review and a new policy package will be proposed by November 2012. Apart from the business as usual of this workshop, the most important task was to receive feedback from the member states representatives on the various policy options for the review of the Directive. This input is critical for the establishment of the impact assessment study of the policy options.
