European Research Area Impact on Member States' policy development
The central aim of this report is to identify policy trends on national levels and across all six ERA dimensions, the latter as set out by in the 2007 ERA Green Paper. In particular, the report sheds light on those national policy developments driven by EU/ERA level activities, and on the relative importance of specific dimensions in the overall ERA framework from a national perspective. This work is based on two main sources of information: the 2010 ERAWATCH Analytical country reports and the responses to a questionnaire circulated among the ERAWATCH country experts. The report covers the 27 EU MS clustered in 4 four country groups according to their innovation performance.
